Investment Criteria

Tavros emphasizes a disciplined approach to real estate investing, focusing on due diligence and creative investment strategy. Tavros achieves favorable risk-adjusted returns through direct investment as well as through joint ventures with operating partners. Tavros targets value-add and opportunistic investments including ground-up development, repositioning of existing properties, and a debt platform in which it both purchases and provides structured debt positions. Tavros is a strong advocate of “best-practices” and seeks to maintain the highest level of ethical standards in its investment management activities.

  • Minimum Equity of $10 Million
  • Minimum Capitalization of $25 Million
  • Minimum of 50,000 Buildable Square Feet for Development

Fee simple ownership, leasehold ownership, structured equity, structured debt, distressed and nonperforming debt

Property Types:
