Eli Reitman is an analyst at Tavros, where he supports the firm’s capital markets platforms and contributes to its development, acquisitions, and asset management initiatives. Prior to joining Tavros, Mr. Reitman worked at Arbor Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT specializing in multifamily mortgages. During his time at Arbor, he completed rotations across multiple business areas, including structured finance, agency screening, asset management, and single-family rental (SFR) / build-to-rent (BTR) underwriting and capital markets. Following his rotations, Mr. Reitman joined the SFR/BTR team full-time, where he concentrated on capital markets initiatives – enhancing warehouse financing capabilities and terms and preparing for the launch of the first-of-its-kind build-to-rent CRE CLO. In addition to his capital markets responsibilities, he also supported the screening and underwriting of construction and bridge loans. Mr. Reitman earned a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from the University of Pennsylvania.
