The project is a 700,000 square foot mixed-use building that will include a commercial podium occupied by a fitness club and grocery store and a tower containing over 600 residential condominiums. Designed by FXCollaborative, the 56-story development will rise above the neighboring buildings providing unparalleled views in all directions.
