Gaurav Jain is a Vice President at Tavros where he is responsible for the firm’s strategic capital markets and financing platforms. Prior to joining Tavros, Mr. Jain was an AVP at CapitalSource, a division of Pacific Western Bank, where he was responsible for originating, structuring, and underwriting senior mortgage loans on opportunistic investments. Mr. Jain also served as an Analyst at Alliance Bernstein, where he supported the Commercial Real Estate Debt platform, which at the time oversaw $2 billion in committed capital from institutional investors across two vintage closed-end funds. Mr. Jain received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University.
